In this conversation, Kara shares how Love Organized imagines communities 50 years into the future, asking: How do we live together? How do we finance what matters? How do we support the people doing systems-change work before they burn out? How do we create economies where care, purpose, and contribution are valued?

She also speaks about the three major shifts she believes are needed: governance designed to care for the health of the whole, culture that helps people develop from the inside out, and money that is created through commitments to care for each other and the Earth.

Kara’s own purpose emerged slowly, through visioning, community spaces, mentorship, and the moment someone finally reflected back the power of what she was carrying. Today, Love Organized is becoming her legacy project: a living invitation to build regenerative community pods, support conscious co-creators, and create new systems of care that can scale beyond the eco-village into cities, neighborhoods, and global networks.

This is a conversation about courage, new economies, community, purpose, and the strange magic that happens when people stop asking permission to build the world they came here to create.
